Services
Courier International provides courier, express, transport, booking and related logistics services depending on route, vehicle type, partner setup and local availability.

Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate shipment, contact and address information
- Ensure goods are packed safely and legally for transport
- Declare relevant weight, dimensions, value and handling requirements
- Do not ship prohibited or restricted goods without explicit agreement
Bookings and acceptance
A booking request does not automatically mean final acceptance. Courier International may confirm, adjust, reject or cancel a booking where operations, law, safety or partner conditions require it.
Prices and payment
Prices may depend on route, timing, service level, tolls, waiting time, special handling, vehicle type, customs requirements and partner costs. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.
Delays and liability

Claims
Claims regarding damage, loss, delay or invoice issues must be reported without undue delay and include sufficient information to identify the booking or shipment.
